The majority of complaints can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily by the department you are dealing with.

Beyond Boleyn Events Ltd 
Should you remain dissatisfied following our final written response, you may be eligible to refer your case to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).

The FOS is an independent body that arbitrates complaints in the Financial Services industry.
The FOS can only consider your complaint if we have given you our final decision.

You have six months from the date of our final response to refer your complaint to the FOS. This does not affect your right to take legal action.

By using Boleyn Events Ltd Trading as - The Wedding Collection by Boleyn/Matrimonium Elite (products/services) you agree to the terms and conditions stated below –

An initial deposit payment is required upon appointment and the remainder will be due as agreed or payable in monthly instalments.
Please note: any additional services required are charged at standard rates in normal working hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm), and overtime rates outside of normal working hours and should be negotiated between both parties and agreed prior to commencement.
Boleyn Events Limited reserves the right to charge interest at 10% per month on any amount outstanding.
Should the client cancel a contract after commencement, any deposit payment is forfeited and in the case of monthly payments, these should be made until the end of month of notice provided notice is received within the first two weeks of the month, unless the event is cancelled within forty-two days before the delivery date shown on the Quotation/Invoice, then the client shall immediately pay to Boleyn Events Limited a sum being 75% of the total charge shown on the Quotation/Invoice, or the sum of deposites paid to suppliers.
The client is required to pay the full amount shown on the Quotation/Invoice for any cancellation made within 7 days of the delivery date.
The organisers do not accept liability for cancellation of events due to acts of God and circumstances beyond their control.

4.1 Providing and Improving the Boleyn Service
Most of Boleyn Events’ use of personal data is necessary to enable it to provide a service to its customers and its end users, including order processing, delivery, installation and support services as well as for invoicing and in order to answer general customer enquiries. In addition, Boleyn Events may also use personal data to improve on the level and type of service Boleyn Events offers to its customers. As part of this interest in improving the service provided Boleyn Events may process personal data for the purposes of sales analysis and customer usage statistics.

Boleyn Events may from time to time inform its customers, end users and potential customers about Boleyn Events and Boleyn Events affiliate products and services and other information Boleyn Events feels may be of interest.
Customers and other recipients of information from Boleyn may indicate at the time they first place an order with Boleyn whether or not they wish to receive such information or at any later time by simply contacting Boleyn as indicated in paragraph 9 below.
